Purchasing from styleontherise.bigcartel.com automatically means that you have read and agreed to our policies below.

Shipping and Handling Policy

1. All orders will be shipped out via USPS from the United States. All physical orders include tracked shipping. However, please be aware and keep in mind that International packages are only partially tracked. Once international packages leave the U.S., tracking may stop. It is you the buyer's responsibility to closely inspect and keep an eye on your packages via the tracking number provided, and reach out to their carrier service for their package’s whereabouts!

2. Import duties, VAT,  taxes, and other similar charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These extra charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

3. After all eligible physical packages have been shipped will the Digital PDFs/Items be delivered via email! Please allow a buffer of a month or so for all digital items to be sent out.

Shipping Estimates

We plan to be shipping ASAP but please allow for a good amount of time for your shipping notification to arrive after purchasing!

United States: 1-2 weeks after shipment
International: Approx. delivery 2-9 weeks after receiving shipment information

Returns and Exchange Policy

1. Sales are final! These are PREORDER ITEMS! Every order goes towards our production to fufill all orders. PLEASE make sure your name, address, email, any info is CORRECT while ordering! 

2. Please carefully review all item descriptions prior to purchasing. Once orders have been shipped out they are out of our hands. We provide all shipped orders with tracking numbers, it is the buyer’s responsibility to keep track of their order once it’s shipped.

3. Unfortunately if an item is lost, there is nothing we can do to replace it. Please make sure to set up forwarding addresses, comunicate with your post office, double checking before emailing us @ [email protected] to go from there.

4. Items will be securely packaged in a bubble mailer. We are not liable for damage during shipping, transit, and handling.

5. Packages returned to sender due to customer negligence (wrong address given, customer did not notify us of the change in address, failure to pick up the package, etc.) will not be reshipped or refunded unless the buyer pays for shipping again.

8. Please note that all products in styleontherise.bigcartel.com are PREORDER! Delays may occur, including but not limited to: COVID-19, shipping complications, increased lead times, weatrher and work. Should this occur, we will make an announcement on our social media.

9. The Style on the Rise mod team reserves the right to cancel or refund a buyer's order should they violate any of the policies above.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When will Sales end?
A: Sales are expected to run from October 14th to  November 15th. Notification will be made on our social media.

Q: Where are you shipping from?
A: We will be shipping from the United States of America.

Q: Are you shipping worldwide?
A: We will ship worldwide as long as there are no International Service Suspensions currently active for that country.

Q: What will happen if packages are either damaged or lost?
A: All physical orders (both domestic and international) have tracked shipping. We are not liable for stolen or damaged packages during shipping, transit, and handling.

Q: What currency do you use?
A: All prices are in USD.

Q: Do you ship to the UK/EU?
A: We will be able to ship to the UK: Import duties, VAT,  taxes, and other similar charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These extra charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Unfortunately we cannot ship to Russia or other stated areas at this time.

Q: When will I receive my order(s)?
A: After sales close, we approximate three to four months for production, and then a month or two for shipping. If there are any delays we will update our Social Media.
